EPM is a wife and homeschooling mother to three little girls. Hubby is a financial planner, rancher and SFC in the Army Reserves -- currently serving active duty.
She writes:
"We are working hard to de-clutter, reduce, simplify and live a more low impact lifestyle. Our future goals include leaving the suburbs and moving out to the country closer to our cows. We raise hormone and antibiotic-free, all natural beef cattle on 80 acres in the next county."
This is a family that enjoys living frugally, living green, and teaching their children to appreciate the things that they've been given. She adds: "We try to eat a diet that is free of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives."
I like this blog for its "think outside the box" viewpoints. It's a testament to the fact that we all want to be doing the right thing and living the most healthy and happy lifestyle. EPM offers lots of great ideas and insights to make the journey easier and even more enjoyable.
