The Tennessee Coalition to Abolish State Killing (TCASK) has a single purpose: to end executions in our state by promoting alternatives to capital punishment. This blog is their grassroots effort at getting the word out and furthering their cause.

"The public activities of TCASK include non-violent public actions; rallies such as March 1st International Abolition Day; a speakers bureau for schools, clubs and organizations; press conferences; public actions such as the Philip Workman 'Honk for Clemency' campaign, educational forums and panels; information tablings; witnesses and vigils; petition drives; and fundraising."
